The mobile market is growing by leaps and bounds. Every day a new brand, fresh model or modernized feature appears. Nowadays, Chinese manufacturers, which dominate the world of smartphones, are very popular.

Vivo does not cease to attract close attention of users with its new products, the main characteristics of which are excellent technical parameters combined with an acceptable cost available to the average buyer. The further, the more, Vivo drives out competitors by the number of sales, its originality and decent quality of products, occupying a leading position in the ratings.

By the end of September, the world will be presented with a new model - Vivo NEX 3. And, although the exact date of the presentation has not yet been announced and it will take place only in China, some parameters are already known.

Design and key figures

The flagship level is palpable, even starting from the packaging itself: a stylish black box with doors on the principle of a wardrobe, a beautiful arrangement of the device on the velvet surface of the inner part.

The main feature of the device will be its appearance: there are no usual frames on the screen, there are no buttons on the side edges, the bright “waterfall” screen will definitely attract the attention of fans of unusual things. The front panel is 100% of the display area. In the center of the rear panel there is an unusual triple camera on a relief disc, under which you can see the LED flash peephole.

The volume is adjusted on the right side panel, but not with a button, but with a touch mechanism, the scale for decreasing-increasing sound does not appear at the top of the screen as usual, but right there, vertically. A touch tap on the screen works.

On the top edge there is a mini-jack headphone port, an on / off button, a slide-out selfie camera and a microphone.

At the bottom is a speaker and a Type-C charging port, a SIM card slot and an additional microphone.

Super AMOLED 6.89 inch capacitive touchscreen, which equals 119.3 sq. Cm. The ratio of the display size to the whole body of the smartphone is approximately 93.6%. The type of screen (Super Amoled) assumes its thinness and brightness, as well as resistance to the influence of sunlight on the image quality. And although the color reproduction is standard - 16 million colors, Super AMOLED increases brightness and clarity at times.

The waterfall screen has become the highlight of this model. There are no bezels at all, and the display seems to flow smoothly onto the side panels. When scrolling through the desktop, it seems that the icons are flowing from the screen to the rear panel. The visual increase in area is noticeable.

Thanks to a well-thought-out high-quality screen on a smartphone, absolutely any operations are very comfortable: watching video and photo files, surfing the Internet, playing games become even more dynamic and realistic.

The new device from Vivo uses the Qualcomm Snapdragon 855+ mobile platform. And this is a huge plus because it is a new force that unlocks maximum power and performance for mobile gaming and beyond. The chipset is built to deliver faster speeds, more graphics acceleration and a whopping 15% better CPU performance over the previous version of the stock Snapdragon 855.

It provides a full arsenal of hardware and software functions.

The Snapdragon 855+ adopts a multi-gigabit 4G connection while supporting advanced 5G technologies.

Ultra-sensitive artificial intelligence brings realism and brightness to all operations.

The Adreno 640 GPU (700 MHz) perfectly complements the capabilities of the mobile platform, thanks to it the rendering speed increased by 20%.

Presumably, the smartphone will be in several versions regarding the amount of RAM and built-in memory:

Description of camera parameters

Vivo NEX 3 can truly be called a photo smartphone. The manufacturer has taken care of the high quality of both cameras.

The triple main camera is located in the center of the rear panel on a protruding circular disc. All three "eyes" (64 Mp, 13 Mp, 13 Mp) each perfectly cope with their function, giving an excellent result of photos and videos. All images are high quality, instant focus and smooth buzzer help to capture even the smallest details from afar, without getting close to the subject.

The front camera is single, has 16 megapixels and is located on the top edge, like a motorized pop-up window. Stylishly extending when shooting, the selfie camera gives the device an additional grace and originality.

The parameters and the result correspond to the level of the flagship smartphone photo, which will be appreciated by every lover of capturing the world around him and himself.

The autonomous mode of operation has decent performance. With active use, the energy will last for 7-8 hours. Accordingly, in standby mode, the smartphone can be up to 48 hours without additional recharge. In the talk mode without using the Internet, a time limit of up to 15 hours is available.

Sensors

The fingerprint scanner has found its place under the display without cluttering the rear panel. Other auxiliary sensors are available, such as accelerometer, compass, gyroscope proximity, which turns off the glow and screen activity during a call.

The only thing that still remains a mystery is the price of the device, which, by all appearances, will be quite high with such flagship indicators.
